SPINDLE
The motor is built into the structure. The built-in motor structure allows for a more compact and streamlined design, reducing the overall size of the machine and optimizing space utilization.The direct integration of the motor eliminates the need for additional components like belts or gears, resulting in more efficient power transmission, reduced energy loss, and lower maintenance requirements.

It is critical for maintaining precision, prolonging spindle life, and ensuring consistent machining quality. Coolant is circulated through the spindle housing to absorb heat and prevent overheating. Spindles have embedded thermal sensors that continuously monitor the temperature at various points, such as bearings and the motor windings. The control system uses this temperature data to adjust machining parameters or activate cooling systems, preventing thermal expansion or contraction that could affect machining accuracy.

A5 A7 A8 A13 STRUCTURE
1. The machine features a dynamic column design, where the tool moves along three axes, and the workpiece rotates on two, enabling five-axis linkage.
2. It incorporates a lightweight design with a rapid displacement of 90M/min on linear axes and an acceleration of 1G.
3. Both the A-axis and B-axis utilize a direct-drive system, eliminating the transmission chain and backlash, ensuring high rigidity. A high-precision angle encoder is used for accurate positioning.
4. The bed is arranged in a T-shaped layout, with an X-axis stepped guideway, ensuring light-moving components and optimal stress distribution.
5. The spindle is a high-speed electric spindle, offering fast operation and low noise.
6. The three linear axes use roller guideways, providing low friction and high rigidity.

A15L STRUCTURE
1. The design emphasizes a lightweight structure with a direct-drive motor, achieving rapid displacement speeds of up to 100m/min and acceleration rates of 1G.
2. Compared to gantry machine tools, horizontal machines offer superior openness, easier maintenance, more convenient loading, and efficient chip removal.
3. The A-axis rotary table facilitates the adjustment of the machining orientation of parts, and it also allows for the easy cleaning and removal of chips from the fixture’s positioning surface, ensuring reliable automation without the issue of chip buildup.
4. The machine’s large inclination angle, combined with comprehensive spray coverage without dead angles, optimizes chip removal efficiency.
