Structure
Low center of gravity design maximizes structural rigidity.
The Z-axis utilizes large linear guides with multiple rails and multiple sliders to ensure sufficient stability during cutting operations.
All moving axes employ large-pitch ballscrews, enabling high-speed movement while meeting the demands of high-speed, high-volume cutting on cast blanks.
The XYZ axes achieve rapid traverse speeds of 60 meters per minute, with tool-to-tool change time reduced to just 5seconds.
The servo-driven tool magazine ensures precise and reliable positioning.
Pre-selecting the next tool holder during machining eliminates waiting time for tool changes.
While the spindle performs the tool change, the 4th and 5th axes pre-position rapidly. Once the spindle completes the change, only the XYZ axes need to move before machining resumes. This minimizes non-cutting time and enhances overall productivity.
The worktable features a 12-channel rotary union with air/liquid feed-through capability, meeting functional requirements such as automatic clamping, automatic door operation, high-capacity tool magazines, automatic brokentooldetection within the magazine, automatic spraying, and automatic chip removal.
The spindle operates at 10,000 RPM with an HSK-A100 dual-contact interface, delivering a maximum torque of 320 N ·m.
FeaturinganintegratedHSK-A100spindlestructure, it minimizes thermal deformation and vibration, ensuring high-precision performance during high-speed machining. The spindle achieves exceptional dynamic rotational accuracy at high speeds, guaranteeing superior surface finish and contour accuracy of machined parts.
The dual-contact spindled design provides stability during heavy cutting, reduces machining time, and enhances production efficiency.
The through-hole aligned with the spindle center and tool center delivers high-pressure cooling to the cutting edge during high-speed operation, enabling rapid cooling of the tool’s cutting zone. This significantly improves chip evacuation in deep and blind holes, while also extending tool service life.
The high-pressure through-spindle coolant unit is equipped with a pressure detection switch at the coolant outlet. It continuously monitors pressure fluctuations caused by variations in tool and pipeline diameters. Based on the pressure switch readings, the variable frequency unit adjusts the output pressure accordingly—either increasing or decreasing it. Within a specific range of diameter deviations, this maintains the preset pressure at the cutting edge consistently, ensuring optimal cutting performance. The spindle features programmable stage control, with a constant coolant pressure ranging from 30–70 kg/cm².
An internal circulation temperature control system is integrated into the outer ring of the spindle’s rotating stator. It effectively dissipates heat generated by the spindle during high-speed and prolonged operation, preventing thermal displacement of the spindle and extending its service life.
To achieve maximum tilt angles and workpiece rotation diameters, Jinke Machine Tools has engineered a low-bed dual-trunnion structure. The workpiece can reach a maximum rotation diameter of 1600 mm and a height of 550 mm, with a maximum tilt angle ranging from 140° to +20°. The worktable boasts a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg, which fully meets the bearing requirements of workpieces and fixtures, making it suitable for machining nearly all auxiliary frames available on the market.
The tilt axis adopts a dual-motor with dual-brake structure, ensuring precise positioning of the tilt axis and providing sufficient braking torque to maintain the angle specified by the program. Thanks to the brake force, the ample braking torque can withstand the cutting resistance exerted on the spindle during machining operations.
The spindle’s C-axis through-hole is integrated with 8-channel and 12-channel rotary unions, dedicated to fixture clamping and releasing. This design ensures continuous hydraulic clamping pressure during operation, guaranteeing fixture stability and enabling rigid workpiece holding during cutting. The spindle is also equipped with a reserved air-tightness detection port to support future automation upgrades, and additional customized interfaces can be negotiated according to customer requirements.
All ball screws feature a large-diameter and large-pitch design, which ensures high speed and stability during rapid traversing, as well as exceptional precision even when machining workpieces under heavy cutting loads.
The roller linear guides deliver outstanding acceleration/deceleration performance and high rigidity, minimizing non-cutting time. Each axis employs a direct-drive design with reliable servo motors connected to ball screws, ensuring high-precision machine tool feeding.
