Structure
The short distance from the spindle center to the guide rail surface results in a small overturning moment and good structural rigidity. The integrated column and beam structure, along with the rear-mounted spindle saddle design, effectively improves the stability of spindle movement. The Z-axis features a four-rail enclosed structure, significantly enhancing the overall rigidity of the Z-axis.

The three-axis transmission utilizes precision, large-diameter ground ball screws, with standard hollow oil cooling for the ball screws. This design ensures a compact structure, smooth movement, minimal thermal expansion, and high accuracy. The ball screw support uses original imported precision bearings, pre-tensioned at both ends to effectively reduce accuracy loss caused by thermal expansion.

The three axes are equipped with standard linear encoders for more precise positioning.

Introduction
A gantry-type 5-axis CNC machining center controls the coordinated movement of five axes (typically three linear axes X, Y, and Z, and two rotary axes A and B or A and C) through a CNC system, allowing the tool to machine the workpiece from various angles and positions in space.
