HSK Series Electric Spindle
Our 5-axis CNC machining center utilizes our proprietary HSK internal spindle, which incorporates a high-efficiency asynchronous internal-meshing motor and high-precision ceramic bearings. This reduces vibration during machining, thereby improving machine accuracy.
Cooling System
Our cooling system utilizes a high-flow coolant pump to rapidly cool both the tool and the workpiece. The cooling medium can be selected based on your needs. The circulating cooling oil prevents spindle movement caused by overheating, thereby preventing changes in machining accuracy.
Chip Removal System
The five-axis CNC machining center uses an automatic chain conveyor to promptly remove chips generated during the machining process to avoid chip accumulation that interferes with workpiece machining and affects machining accuracy.
Tool Changing System

Operation Panel

Built-in Motor Structure

5-Axis Universal Milling Head

Oil Mist Collection System
