Structure
The bed is the base of the entire equipment and also the front and rear axes of the equipment, namely the Y axis. It is mainly composed of the bed casting body, drive screw, sliding guide rail, Y-axis front protective cover, and Y-axis rear protective cover.
A machine tool is mainly composed of a bed, column, horizontal slide, a spindle box, a worktable, and a tool magazine.
Vertical column(Z-axis)is mainly composed of a column casting body, a driven screw, a sliding guide rail, a Z-axis protective cover, chain carrier.
The spindle box component is the rotating part of the equipment tool, mainly composed of the spindle box casting body, spindle assembly, tool release system, and spindle motor.
The horizontal slide seat is the left and right horizontal axis of the equipment, namely the X-axis. It is mainly composed of the horizontal slide seat casting body, drive screw, sliding guide rail, X-axis left protective cover, X-axis right protective cover, and X-axis chain carrier.
Cooling and chip removal water tank components are mainly used for cooling, cleaning, and chip flushing during the processing.
