HIGHLIGHT
The QM-01 dual-spindle specialized CNC machine tool is designed and manufactured by our company based on the structure and machining characteristics of customer workpieces. This machine features comprehensive functions, high processing efficiency, and stable precision. It adopts a high-rigidity movable dual electric spindle structure and linear roller guideways. After the servo high-speed cutting power head cuts the product, the dual spindles perform left and right turning operations. The machine has excellent rigidity and a high degree of automation.

Structure
The machine integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with an ergonomic and user-friendly layout design. It has a compact structure, saves space, is easy to operate, and convenient to maintain.
The bed base is a 45° high-rigidity cast iron structure, ensuring smooth chip removal and reasonable turning space.

The bed guideways use linear roller guideway structures, significantly reducing friction resistance, providing good dynamic rigidity, and maintaining high precision.
The machine adopts a high-rigidity spindle structure: the C1 / C2 spindles are electric spindles, while the C3 spindle uses a grinding machine spindle structure.
Imported high-precision bearings with precise dynamic balancing and imported grease lubrication ensure high-speed and stable spindle rotation while minimizing thermal deformation.

The X and Z axes are driven by AC servo motors directly connected to ball screws, with ball screw bearings specially designed for screws, ensuring high transmission accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a high-performance automatic intermittent lubrication system that timely lubricates the bed guideways and X / Z axes, ensuring all guide surfaces and longitudinal and transverse ball screws remain well-lubricated.
