Features
It conveniently compensates for the symmetry errors of the tooling, completely solving the previous difficulties of cumbersome manual mechanical or shim adjustments. As a result, it can achieve better cumulative circular pitch precision.

With various tool mounting methods such as series and parallel configurations, multiple splines, threads, and oil grooves can be machined in a single setup.

When the product is clamped and fixed, the default position is set as the zero coordinate. After machining is completed, the machine returns to the default zero coordinate to ensure the angular alignment of the splines at both ends.

Compared with hydraulic drive, servo drive can save 70% energy, offers higher machining accuracy, and is easier to adjust. Hydraulic drive, on the other hand, is more cost-effective.
