Structure
The workpiece, outer grinding wheel, inner grinding wheel, oil pump, and coolant pump are each driven by an independent motor.
The longitudinal movement of the machine tool’s worktable can be achieved via a hydraulic continuously variable transmission or a handwheel transmission. The worktable lubrication uses a small-hole throttling unloading method.
The transverse feed of the grinding wheel head can be achieved via hydraulic micro-automatic periodic feed and rapid forward/backward movement, or via handwheel for both coarse and fine feeds.
All moving parts of the machine tool are equipped with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlocking mechanisms, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
This series is mainly used to grind external surfaces of cylindrical and conical parts. It is suitable for the processing of single and small batch parts. It also has the function of internal grinding.
