Main usage
The machine is mainly used for grinding of screws with Whitworth & Acme thread and ball-screws precisely
Table: driven by AC servo motor through precision and pre-loaded ball screw. A linear grating scale is equipped at the front table to form a close-loop control.
Work spindle: driven by AC servo motor through precision worm gears. A rotary encoder is provided at the end of the spindle to form a close-loop control.
Wheel spindle: driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor; the spindle speed is stepless; a separate chiller is provided to ensure constant oil temperature.
Wheelstock: driven by AC servo motor through precision pre-loaded ball screw. A linear grating scale is equipped to form a closeloop control. Helix angle change is done manually.
Wheel dresser: a diamond disc driven by two independent AC servo motors moving in two direction simultaneously to dress grinding wheel.
Main usage
Machine is especially designed to grind big cylindrical and conical thread plugs.
