Structure
The graphical interactive programming includes a built-in database of ISO standard tooling parameters, allowing for rapid tooling completion by inputting key process parameters, quick switching between product categories, and the ability to save optimized process parameters for direct use next time. It also supports user-defined programming, applying existing custom G-code to the rapid machining of complex or irregularly shaped tools.
The application of direct drive technology minimizes mechanical transmission errors and wear, improving precision retention. A high-torque direct drive motor, combined with absolute value closed-loop feedback, ensures rapid response and high-speed operation of each axis, achieving high-precision and high-efficiency machining. The grinding wheel spindle employs permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle technology. Its unique constant torque control ensures that the spindle motor maintains a constant torque regardless of its operating speed, guaranteeing optimal rigidity, vibration resistance, and durability of the spindle mechanism.
It can automatically center, correct position, measure and compensate dimensions, inspect machined blades, and separate defective products with the help of a robotic arm. The blade thickness measurement system can ensure the machining accuracy of double-sided negative chamfering.

The highly flexible six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm makes loading and unloading of cutting tools more agile and efficient, and can automatically optimize its motion.
The SSG8/2 and SSG8/3 grinding machines can choose between standard MANZ turntables or custom turntables. For machines using MANZ turntables, the robotic arm area is equipped with an automatic tilting mechanism.
The SSG8/2 and SSG8/3 robotic arm’s turntable storage area and the cutting tool processing area are separated by an automatic door to prevent oil mist from the processing area from entering the cutting tool storage area.
