Structure
The CNC machine features an integrated electromechanical structure with either work area protection or overall protection, facilitating maintenance and meeting ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle employs a high-rigidity sleeve-type hydrostatic spindle system, characterized by high rotational accuracy and strong load-bearing capacity.
2-axis linked feed is provided, with both the worktable (Z-axis) and grinding wheel head (X-axis) driven by AC servo motors.
A front-mounted diamond dressing device enables precise CNC dressing with automatic compensation.
Imported or domestically produced active measuring devices are included to achieve fully closed-loop control of the grinding process.
An imported or domestically produced CNC system is used, fully incorporating advanced technologies from modern CNC cylindrical grinding machines.
An optional CNC or hydraulically driven automatic tracking center rest is available for machining slender shaft parts.
