Machine configuration
The table slide uses double-V hardened rails and roller linear rails. The feed mechanism uses a C1-grade ball screw in conjunction with a servo motor to achieve excellent repeatability and feed accuracy.
The included standard grinding head spindle uses a FAG bearing mechanical spindle with grease lubrication, featuring high rigidity, high torque, high stability, and easy maintenance.
A spindle with speeds ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 RPM can be selected depending on the workpiece hole diameter. The spindle motor is designed with an automatic belt tension adjustment device to control belt tension at any time, preventing belt slack from affecting grinding quality.
An electric spindle can be selected for the internal grinding wheel according to customer needs. Electric spindles are available in speeds from 20,000 to 80,000 RPM and are equipped with an oil mist lubrication system. This meets the high-precision and high-efficiency machining requirements of special products.
The workhead spindle adopts a FAG integrated spindle assembly, avoiding the impact of spindle seat deformation on the headstock’s accuracy and lifespan. The headstock is designed to rotate at a certain angle, facilitating workpiece angle grinding.
Depending on the customer’s specific workpiece grinding requirements, a hydrostatic headstock spindle can be selected. A servo-driven B-axis rotation is also optional.
The CNC internal grinding machine uses a CNC control system, employing precision ball screws and servo motors for numerical control. It can achieve automatic feed, automatic sand dressing, and automatic compensation according to the grinding process. This greatly improves the machining capability for complex-shaped workpieces and reduces the difficulty of manual operation. Multiple automatic loading/unloading and automatic inspection solutions are available for selection, enabling fully automated production of high-precision parts.
