Features

Includes calculation of geometric parameters for standard, modified, and altered spur (helical) cylindrical gears, as well as calculation of common process parameters and measurement parameters. It also inputs basic workpiece data into the database.
Based on the basic parameters of the workpiece and the user’s specific requirements for the gear being processed, including tooth profile modification parameters, tooth direction modification parameters, and tooth tip and root transition curve parameters, it automatically calculates accurate grinding wheel profile data to meet various special requirements of the user for the gears.
Based on the gear parameters and processing parameters input by the user, such as the material, hardness, and precision of the workpiece being ground, as well as the specifications of the grinding wheel, abrasive, and bonding agent selected by the machine tool, it automatically generates G-code for the gear grinding program. Users can directly use this code for grinding.
The machine tool’s random measurement system can generate gear measurement diagrams, including tooth profile, tooth direction, tooth pitch, and cumulative tooth pitch, based on measurement data. These diagrams can be printed or saved for users to analyze the current grinding effect and optimize machine tool grinding parameters to achieve automated precision grinding.
This module provides database management of the geometric parameters, process parameters, and machining programs for all ground workpieces, achieving a safe, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. As users gain more experience with the machine tool, their operational experience will be recorded in this database, gradually forming mature and typical grinding processes that users can easily access, query, and reference at any time.
