Structure
The headstock uses belt-driven speed change, providing three different speeds.
The head and tailstock chucks are slotted chucks, but a cross chuck structure is also available, with specialized tooling.
The headstock transmission uses a friction clutch for easy adjustment.
The table’s longitudinal movement can be manual or motorized.
The grinding wheel head’s rapid forward and backward movement is controlled by a hydraulic system.
The grinding wheel head uses rolling guideways, and the grinding wheel spindle is made of high-quality φ80mm material, ensuring sufficient rigidity and strength.
Lubrication of the bed guideways and grinding wheel head guideways is achieved through automatic oil pump circulation.
This machine tool can be equipped with a digital display device, and the grinding wheel head can utilize the Beihang University hydrostatic spindle system.
