Structure
The machine tool employs a generating grinding process, combined with CNC technology, allowing the entire grinding process to be controlled by the CNC system. It grinds automatically according to a program, ensuring high stability and simple operation and maintenance. The machine tool is designed with a grinding head spindle centre adjustment mechanism to meet the equal height requirements of the three supports during grinding.
The machine tool guideways are designed with hardened rails and undergo ultra-high frequency quenching treatment to enhance the machine tool’s service life and mechanical performance. The sliding contact surface of the slide is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to minimise the coefficient of mechanical friction, ensuring the machine tool’s machining accuracy remains consistent over time.
The machine tool uses CNC control, equipped with a domestically customised CNC system and a fully digital AC servo driver. It controls two servo motors to achieve full CNC functionality, resulting in a high degree of automation. One person can manage multiple machines, improving product quality and increasing production efficiency for customers.
Grindable ball materials: A105, 2Cr13, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, LF2, F51, 17-4PH, Monel, ENP, Chrome Plating, Tungsten Carbide, Stelite, Inconel, and ceramic balls, etc.
