Features
The CCD optical curve grinder is a high-precision grinding machine that integrates modern digital imaging, CNC system control and intelligent software to achieve micron-level processing accuracy.It mainly processes complex profiles and dies of ultra-hard materials such as hard alloys and high-speed steel. Ultra-high precision products are widely used in industries such as aerospace, medical devices, grinding tools and cutting tools. Real-time monitoring and numerical control systems verify stable micron-level processing and highly efficient digital production. The equipment positioning accuracy can reach ±0.001mm or even higher. The ultra-high resolution CCD camera system can capture the workpiece image magnified up to 150 times and display it in real time on a high-definition monitor. The machine can extract edges, capture coordinates and conduct comparative measurements. CAD drawings can be directly imported to automatically generate grinding paths. Online inspection can be carried out during or after the grinding process, and feedback compensation for grindingis applied when necessary, significantly improving efficiency.
- The high-frequency electric spindle has the rotational speed up to 24,000 rpm guaranteeing the stable grinding wheel linear speed.
- The high rigidity, excellent vibration resistance and thermal stability of the machinery are due to the HT350 casting fixed machine spindle and high rigidity cast iron bed.
- The advanced CCD camera system and optical projector can magnify the workpiece up to 300 times for the second time. The CCD automatically recognizes and aligns, achieving high-precision grinding processing of complex curves.
- The digital image system allows real time measurement of key dimensions such as line width and aperture, with an accuracy of ±0.001mm.
- The equipment lowers the technical threshold, reduces the training time for operators, lowers the reliance on operators’ skills, greatly improves processing efficiency and reduces labor costs.
- The machine can automatically generate grinding paths, achieving a full closed-loop production that integrates processing,measurement and compensation, and realizing automated and intelligent production.
- Linear motor drive allows grinding processing to achieve smooth reciprocating motion. Grinding processing has a higher surface finish, with a surface roughness less than Ra0.27µm.
- The x,y, and z three-axis precision CNC system achieve precise horizontal movement and precise control of grinding depth, with positioning accuracy reaching ±1µm.
- The equipment can produce punches, forming tools, eccentric parts, and high-precision special-shaped parts, achieving smooth transitions of irregular curves such as sharp corners, arcs, and involutes, and ensuring high dimensional accuracy, high shape accuracy, and superior surface quality.
- Preloaded high-precision ball screws combined with bidirectional pitch error compensation achieve nanometer-level positioning.
