FEATURES

- The short spindle remains stationary, ensuring high centering accuracy and rotational precision.
- NN30 heavy-duty bearing: Thrust ball heavy-duty bearing with a max. load capacity of 8 tons.
- Enhances the machine tool’s load-bearing capacity and precision, enabling torque-heavy cutting capabilities.

The machine tool employs a high-power spindle servo motor from Siemens or FANUC in combination with an imported two-speed gear transmission box to achieve the capability for torque-heavy cutting.
The ram is forged from high-strength alloy steel imported from Germany. It undergoes precision grinding and super-audio frequency quenching on the guide surfaces, followed by processing with high-precision guide grinding machines. The use of an extra-large square cross-section increases rigidity by more than 30% compared to cast rams.

The high-rigidity square ram is particularly suitable for deep hole machining. The ram can process deep holes with a minimum diameter of 350 mm.

Equipped with high-precision servo motors, coupled with high-precision Taiwan gear grating feedback and dual-gear backlash elimination, the C-axis offers highly accurate indexing. The positioning accuracy of the C-axis can reach up to 5 arcseconds, enabling continuous machining of multi-sided and cam-shaped profiles. This feature perfectly integrates the functions of a lathe and a machining center.
- The column is manufactured using a high-grade Meehanite casting process and undergoes secondary annealing treatment to eliminate internal stresses and ensure long-term accuracy.
- The column is mounted on the base with high connection rigidity, avoiding the influence of the foundation on the pillar.
- The two guides on the column are widely spaced, and the internal triangular rib design minimizes deformation during heavy cutting.
The cross beam can move up and down freely, offering a highly user-friendly operation. After position adjustment, four hydraulic cylinders with a strong clamping force automatically secure the beam, ensuring the machine tool’s machining accuracy.

Standard equipped with imported roller guides and ball screw pairs, these components have a large load capacity and high precision. The high- speed, silent ball screws feature effective thermal suppression and a highly reliable structure.

The tool post uses a BT50 tool holder with a strong clamping force and is positioned with a Taiwan-imported gear disk. It also has a center cooling water supply, ensuring high-torque cutting and tool cooling during the machining process.

Composite Machining Capability
The high-torque power spindle output, in combination with the C-axis simultaneous machining, enables composite machining processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, grinding, and tapping. This allows for the one-time machining of workpieces into shape, enhancing precision and improving efficiency.
