Slant Bed Center Drive Lathe
Introduction
The slant bed double-sided lathe uses a centrally located spindle to drive the parts to rotate at both ends for turning and other machining simultaneously. The 45°integral slant bed ensures smooth chip removal and minimal thermal deformation. It is widely used in shaft components in various industries such as new energy motor shafts, automotive drive shafts, logistics shafts, shock absorber shafts, reducer shafts, and water pump motor shafts.

Features
The rubber chuck is easy to disassemble and install, and the machine adopts hydraulic or pneumatic clamping of the workpiece, which is fast, stable and safe.

This machine adopts the special dual-channel numerical control system programmed for easy operation and powerful functions.

Two types of center spindles, bearing type and hydrostatic type, are available for left and right simultaneous machining with high efficiency.

Optional power turret, flexible tool adaptation program, can meet the complex parts processing turret out of the water, cooling sufficient.
