Core Technology Feature
9-axis 5-simultaneous and 5-axis simultaneous precise control, meeting the requirements for complex surface machining.
Features a high-rigidity B-axis swivel head and a moving-column bed with hard guideways, offering exceptional vibration resistance and making it ideally suited for heavy-duty turning operations.
A multi-axis cooling and temperature control compensation system that mitigates the effects of thermal deformation, ensuring the stability of machining precision.
Flexible and agile multi-tasking machines respond to the production modes required by changing times, enabling turning, milling, gear hobbing, and other machining methods on a single machine.
- Reduces handling costs for work-in-progress (WIP)
- Minimizes WIP inventory levels
- Reduces operator labor hours
- Minimizes equipment footprint (featuring a standardized unit size of 3200 × 2600 × 2500 mm, a single multi-tasking machine saves 60% of workshop floor space compared to traditional multi-machine layouts)
Both left and right spindles can perform high-precision C-axis operations. By coordinating with the milling spindle, multiple machining functions such as turning, milling, and synchronous turning can be executed through a single setup.
Configured with a BMT45-12T lower turret, it supports various tool installations and adapts to processes such as turning, milling, and drilling. This extends the equipment’s machining capabilities and enhances the efficiency and precision of complex part processing.
Features of Four Models
- Simple and Stable Structure: Features a single spindle design that is concise, reliable, and stable in operation.
- Suitable for Small and Medium Parts: Focuses on precision machining for single processes, making it ideal for the mass production of small and medium-sized shaft and sleeve parts. It offers easy operation and low maintenance costs.
- Dual-sided Synchronous Machining: Dual spindles operate synchronously to support symmetrical or dual-sided This reduces machining time and improves production efficiency, making it ideal for the mass production of symmetrical parts or components requiring dual-sided processing.
- Enhanced by High-precision Monitoring: The time-grating system monitors the accuracy of dual-spindle synchronization in real-time, reducing scrap caused by synchronization errors and ensuring product quality.
- Rapid Multi-Process Switching: Equipped with a BMT45-12T servo turret, enabling tool changes in just 0.15 seconds with a positioning accuracy of ±2 arcseconds; this facilitates rapid switching between multiple processes, thereby reducing auxiliary processing time.
- Assured Positioning Accuracy: The turret utilizes a high-precision positioning system to guarantee the precise alignment of mounted tools, minimize machining errors, and meet the demands of high-precision machining applications.
- Adaptability to Complex Machining: Supports the single-setup completion of complex operations—including milling, drilling, and tapping—making it ideal for the processing of complex individual parts or small batches that require frequent tool changes, thereby flexibly boosting production efficiency.

The spindle features an A2-6 nose design with a maximum speed of 4,300 rpm and a direct-drive power of 17.3 kW, providing robust power for high-efficiency turning. Equipped with an 8-inch hydraulic chuck, it ensures stable clamping, minimizes vibration and displacement during machining, and guarantees processing precision. The sub-spindle offers two optional configurations, A2-5 and A2-6, with speeds of 5,500 rpm and 4,300 rpm respectively, and a power range of 12.5–17.3 kW.
Equipped with a 32-tool chain-type ATC magazine, featuring a tool change time of 1.89 seconds (with pre-selection) and 3.73 seconds (without pre-selection), providing high-efficiency response to multi-tool switching requirements.
The spindle offers a max. speed of 18,000 rpm and an output power of 25 kW, ideal for multi-process and high-volume machining. With a wide torque range of 47.8–76.2 Nm, it achieves high torque at low speeds for heavy-duty turning, and stable torque at high speeds for precision machining, catering to diverse scenarios such as precision parts and mold manufacturing.
0.15s tool change time and 24 m/min rapid traverse across all axes significantly reduce auxiliary non-turning time and accelerate production cycles, effectively lowering costs and increasing efficiency. With a turret positioning accuracy of ±2 arc seconds, precise tool indexing reduces tool wear and machining errors, stabilizing part precision and surface quality while improving the yield rate. The BMT45-12T servo turret is compatible with turning, milling, and drilling processes, expanding machining capabilities and efficiently completing complex part processing.
By collecting real-time temperature data from key components and accurately calculating thermal deformation compensation values, the system automatically corrects positioning deviations caused by the thermal expansion or contraction of ball screws. This significantly enhances dimensional consistency and precision stability during long-stroke, high-speed, and continuous long-term machining scenarios.
Robust and Precise Configuration: Features high-rigidity 35/45mm roller linear guides paired with 4012mm ball screws. It offers superior vibration resistance and smooth operation; when integrated with time-grating detection technology, it significantly enhances both positioning and re-positioning accuracy. The drive motors for each axis range from 2.2 to 2.9 kW, delivering ample torque and rapid feed response to accommodate a wide variety of turning conditions.
Integrating a triple-layer protection mechanism—comprising offline simulation and predictive analysis, real-time dynamic monitoring, and hardware-based multiple limit switches—this system precisely mitigates the risk of tool and machine collisions with millisecond-level response speeds. It not only safeguards critical components—such as the spindle, tools, and worktable—from damage but also ensures the long-term stability of the machine tool’s machining precision, thereby significantly reducing downtime for maintenance as well as production costs.
The hydraulic unit has a capacity of 60L, the lubrication oil tank has a capacity of 0.7L, and the automatic lubrication pump has a power of 25W. This ensures smooth equipment operation, reduces wear, and extends the service life of the machine.
