- Capable of high-performance milling, fixed-axis inclined surface machining, and 5-axis simultaneous machining
- Both the left and right spindles can perform high-precision C-axis operations,and by combining with the milling spindle,they can perform a variety of machining functions such as turning, milling, and synchronous cutting in one clamping.
FEATURES
Basic Structure
Intuitive and stable high-rigidity structure maintains consistent performance across diverse machining conditions.
- Stable Design: Utilizing FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis achieves outstanding machine tool stability. All guideways are sealed with protective sheet metal to prevent high-temperature chips and coolant from contacting the guideways, thereby maintaining excellent precision over the long term.
- Feed Axes: Extended axis travel and increased rapid traverse speeds enable high productivity in component machining. Orthogonal movement of the X, Y, and Z axes achieves high precision and repeatability.
- Roller Linear Guideways: High-quality roller linear guideways deliver high precision and high speed, reducing both cutting and non-cutting times.

Main Unit Cooling/Tailstock
The machine has been designed and built to minimize thermal displacement and maintain good precision over long periods of operation.
Reduced Thermal Displacement by Oil Cooling: The spindle and ball screw axis cooling system reduces thermal displacement during long machining times for high precision machining.

- Featuring a special structural design, it enables turning of larger diameters for machining oversized workpieces.
- Expanded Machining Range: The extended range accommodates diverse machining needs for large and long components, while also facilitating user access for internal debugging.
