Basic Structure

Intuitive and stable high-rigidity structure maintains consistent performance across diverse machining conditions.

  • Stable Design: Utilizing FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis achieves outstanding machine tool stability. All guideways are sealed with protective sheet metal to prevent high-temperature chips and coolant from contacting the guideways, thereby maintaining excellent precision over the long term.
  • Feed Axes: Extended axis travel and increased rapid traverse speeds enable high productivity in component machining. Orthogonal movement of the X, Y, and Z axes achieves high precision and repeatability.
  • Roller Linear Guideways: High-quality roller linear guideways deliver high precision and high speed, reducing both cutting and non-cutting times.
