Heavy-duty cast iron base

All major machine tool components utilize HT300 cast iron with exceptional vibration-damping capabilities.

All castings undergo finite element analysis (FEA) optimization to minimize distortion and enhance vibration-damping performance.

Special Turret

The power turret adopts an integrated gantry structure along the positive Y-axis, featuring high precision and exceptional rigidity. NC Servo Turret

The NC servo turret employs servo motors for direct drive, utilizing high-resolution encoders to achieve closed-loop control.

Spindle

The spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to suppress thermal displacement effects, ensuring continuous constant-temperature operation. Spindle nose runout accuracy is within 0.002 mm (or within 0.001 mm, optional based on customer requirements). Dual Spindle Series Back Processing

The sub-spindle can provide high-efficiency back-end processing capabilities. The sub-spindle power is 18/22 kW. With the material receiving device, the finished workpiece can be smoothly separated from the clamp and fall into the workpiece receiver.

Under the synchronous control of equal speed, the sub-spindle accurately receives the workpiece from the main spindle and then performs the second process on the back end of the workpiece, which not only saves manpower, but also reduces the secondary positioning setting time and precision error of the workpiece and the workpiece loss.

The Φ52 sub-spindle configuration can provide long workpiece processing capabilities. Both ends of the workpiece can be clamped and supported by the main spindle and sub-spindle at the same time to perform precision machining of the middle section of the workpiece. Slender workpieces can be directly sent out from the sub-spindle through-hole.
