Structure
Machine main drive,driven by a DC motor through two spindle speed change mechanism, realizes the workbench’s speed range.
Machines are connected by left and right columns, beams, connecting beams, the components of frame type, such as table base structure, strong rigidity, high load bearing, beam clamping mechanism, hydraulic locking device for multiple stations, and stable and reliable work.
The machine feeding head adopts a double frame structure. Right tool post for numerical control tool rest, left tool post for SPC tool rest. About the machine tool rest slide horizontal motion X, U axis, vertical ram Z, W axis, four axis adopt servo motor drive, the high precision will gears transmission, ball screw, realize the rest feed and fast moving.
Worktable uses a thermal symmetric structure. The workbench main shaft adopts high precision adjustable double row short cylindrical roller bearing radial clearance centering axial using constant current static pressure guide rail,and configure the oil temperature is device, make workbench has high rotating accuracy, bearing capacity is big, small thermal deformation characteristics.
Vertical tool rest, horizontal guide rail, oil static pressure unloading guide, skid composite guide rail, sliding guide rail for vertical ram movement, and sliding guide rail.
The numerical control system adopts the Siemens or Rexroth system. The customer can also choose another system.
