Structure
The machine tool’s main drive, driven by a DC motor through two spindle speed change mechanisms, realizes the workbench’s speed range.
The machine is connected by left and right columns, the connecting beam, beam, workbench base, etc, parts. It has a strong, rigid structure, high load bearing, a beam clamping mechanism hydraulic locking device for multiple stations, and it has stable and reliable work.
Machine feed tool post using the CNC single tool holder structure.
Machine tool rest slide motion level X axis, vertical ram moving Z axis. Both axes adopt servo motor drive, through the high precision ball screw transmission ratio gear set, to realize the tool rest feeding and rapid moving.
Workbench uses a thermal symmetric structure. The workbench main shaft adopts a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing radial clearance centering. Axial using a constant current static pressure guide rail, and a device with the oil temperature, makes the workbench have high rotating accuracy, large bearing capacity, and small thermal deformation.
Vertical tool rest, horizontal guide rail has static pressure unloading guide, skid composite guide rail, and sliding guide rail. Vertical ram movement is a sliding guide rail.
