Feature
This series of CNC vertical lathes is engineered for high precision, stability, and rigidity. Designed for use with carbide and high-speed steel tools, it excels in turning operations on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and select non-metallic materials. The machine is suitable for roughing and finishing complex rotary surfaces, while also capable of performing grooving, boring, threading, and other machining operations.
The machine features a single-column structure with rolling guideways on the worktable. The feed system employs AC servo motors driving ball screws for high operational precision.
Equipped with Siemens or Fanuc CNC systems, offering user-friendly operation and programming. Features include linear/circular interpolation, tool compensation, backlash compensation, self-diagnostics, program storage, high precision and reliability, graphical contour programming (enabling rapid part program creation using basic graphical elements), and graphical process cycles (for roughing arbitrary contours).
