Structure
Featuring a unique bed structure design layout, such as a 30-degree inclined bed with high-low parallel rails, this configuration significantly enhances machine tool rigidity for heavy-duty cutting applications. Additionally, certain models incorporate a six-slider saddle design, further strengthening the machine body’s rigidity. This ensures greater stability during machining operations and effectively minimizes processing vibrations.

Spindle
Equipped with a direct-drive synchronous electric spindle, end runout can be controlled within 0.002mm (0.001mm optional), enabling hard turning to replace grinding. Surface roughness can reach Ra0.5 or below, with uniform tool marks when machining materials in the 58-62 degree range. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balancing tests, effectively eliminating spindle vibration and ensuring excellent precision retention.

Turret System
- Enables smoother and more consistent flat contour machining, resulting in flatter surfaces.
- Complex contour machining, such as composite curved surfaces, can also be easily mastered.

Turning tool holders, cutting tool holders, 90° power tool holders, universal power tool holders, boring tool holders, 0° power tool holders, etc., are available for customization based on requirements.
