INTRODUCTION
The new floor-type horizontal CNC boring and milling machine (Model 4010) features a travel range of 4 meters by 1 meter and is primarily designed for the boring and milling of heavy-duty engineering machinery components.
- The boring and milling power head incorporates a high-speed, high-precision, and heavy-duty spindle structure.
- The machine bed employs a unique three-guide rail configuration featuring a stepped layout—comprising two rails on the front face and one on the side—to maximally distribute heavy cutting forces and ensure that the load points on the guide rail sliders are evenly dispersed.
