The selected Italian brand BF gearbox transmits power to the power head, achieving low-speed heavy cutting and high-speed rapid feed processing effects. It can realize two-gear switching with a reduction ratio of 1:1 and 1:4 transmission, providing large torque, high speed, and low noise.
The compound high-speed, high-precision, heavy-duty spindle structure features a three-guide rail mode for the vertical movement of the power head, maximizing the distribution of heavy cutting forces.
The machine’s precision linear guideway pairs, precision ball screw pairs, and other high-precision motion pairs are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, ensuring a layer of oil film on the surface of each motion pair, reducing friction and wear.
