Structure
Features
- Featuring a long-nose, high-rigidity spindle, this machine offers a wide machining range, suitable for machining double-slant cavities and double-slant holes, with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. An optional BF gearbox is available, balancing high torque output with high speed.
- The A-axis employs a double worm gear backlash-eliminating mechanism, driving a high-precision sector gear to ensure stable and reliable A-axis accuracy.
- Widely used in complex mold making, and as a powerful tool for machining aircraft engines, missiles, torpedo casings, impellers, and large gears.
