Feature
The main components of the machine include the bed worktable, four sets of hydraulic four-jaw self-centering chucks, a movable gantry, drilling power heads, lubrication and protection devices, a circulating cooling system, and a digital electrical control system. Each of the four chucks is equipped with its own independent foot pedal, allowing simultaneous and unaffected operation.
This machine is suitable for efficient drilling, tapping, reaming, and milling of automotive half shafts, flanges, brake discs, and other disc-shaped or ring-shaped parts within the effective thickness range.
The machining process is digitally controlled, making the operation very convenient.
