Features
The equipment’s structure is rationally designed with high rigidity, providing excellent iron removal performance during drilling and high machining efficiency.

The gantry moving structure results in a small footprint for the equipment, only half that of a fixed-beam structure.
The worktable has a large machining stroke with a material clearance size of 2300mm and an effective machining stroke of 2000mm.
The internal coolant spindle enables high-speed drilling, and precision components ensure quality.

An optional inline tool magazine can be installed to complete multiple processes in a single setup, making it economical and practical, greatly improving the degree of automation.
Employs a Taiwan Kenturn brand internal coolant spindle paired with a high-power servo spindle motor, driven by a toothed synchronous belt for speed reduction and increased torque.
The spindle center coolant function can improve cutting efficiency, enable deep hole machining and protect tools to reduce usage costs.
Configured with a pneumatic tool change system for quick and convenient tool changes.
Employs Taiwan Hiwin guideways and TBI ball screws. The guideways are installed vertically and parallel, ensuring uniform stress distribution and stable machine tool machining and operation.
The X and Y axis are equipped with guideway clamps. These high-performance functional components work in conjunction with rolling linear guideway pairs and utilize the wedge block force amplification principle. They provide functions such as fixing the gantry, precision positioning, preventing vibration, and increasing rigidity, all in a compact structure.
The standard center coolant filtration system effectively filters impurities in the cutting fluid. The internal coolant system can prevent chips from wrapping around the tool during processing, reducing tool wear, extending tool life, and improving the surface finish of the workpiece. High-pressure coolant at the tool tip protects the workpiece surface, protects the high-speed rotary joint, prevents impurities from blocking the rotary joint, and improves overall workpiece quality and efficiency.

The rear of the machine tool is equipped with a chain-plate chip conveyor and a chip removal trolley.
Used in conjunction with a high-pressure water gun, the chips are quickly flushed into the chip conveyor, and the chip conveyor transports the chips out, saving manual chip cleaning time and reducing labor.
The chip conveyor has a liquid level alarm light that automatically alarms when the cutting fluid is insufficient.

There are two balancing cylinders above the drilling power head to balance the weight of the head. This makes the head more stable during processing, improves the finish of the holes, and reduces wear on the Z-axis ball screw.
