HIGHLIGHT
- The BOSM Moving Column Gantry Pentahedral Machining Center DS Series is primarily used for the efficient drilling of large flat plates, wind power flanges, discs, rings, and other workpieces with thicknesses within the effective range. It can perform through-hole and blind-hole machining on single-material parts and composite materials.
- The machine’s machining process is digitally controlled, making the operation very convenient. It enables automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and large-batch production. To meet the machining needs of different users, the company has developed a variety of standardized products. In addition to conventional models, customized designs are also available based on users’ actual requirements.
- It mainly consists of a bed, worktable, moving gantry, moving saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device and protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, and more. Supported and guided by rolling guide rail pairs and driven by precision ball screw pairs, the machine has high positioning accuracy and repeatability.

Features
The bed is an integrated casting, providing excellent static and dynamic rigidity. The moving gantry is made of grey cast iron (HT250), and its guideways are arranged in a stepped layout to enhance load-bearing capacity and increase rigidity.

The spindle ram adopts a heavy-duty four linear guideway design, ensuring high motion rigidity, superior positioning accuracy, and excellent machining stability.

The spindle offers high torque, high speed, low noise, and exceptional rigidity, delivering stable cutting performance. This structure fully meets the requirements for boring, milling, and drilling operations.

The compound high-speed, high-precision, heavy-duty spindle structure features a three-guideway design for the vertical movement of the power head, effectively distributing heavy cutting loads.

The coolant filtration system effectively removes impurities from the coolant, reduces tool wear, extends tool life, improves workpiece surface finish, enhances overall part quality, and increases work efficiency.
