Features
The BOSM-DPH3226 / 4228 / 6032 Fixed-Beam CNC Gantry Machining Center with a Square Ram Spindle features a fixed-beam gantry frame structure. The bed is fixed, and the dual columns are bolted to the bed. The worktable moves in the X-axis direction on the bed, the spindle box moves in the Z-axis direction on the saddle, and the saddle, along with the spindle box, moves in the Y-axis direction on the beam.
The main components of the machine, including the bed, columns, beam, saddle, and spindle box, are all made of high-strength cast iron. These components are designed with the aid of 3D computer software for optimized design, rational arrangement of reinforcing ribs, and undergo a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, ensuring the entire machine has sufficient strength, rigidity, and high stability.
The BOSM-DPH3226 / 4228 / 6032 Fixed-Beam CNC Gantry Machining Center is a mechanical processing equipment integrating advanced technologies such as mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. It is mainly used for machining planes, flanges, valves, structural parts, and holes. It is widely used for roughing and finishing complex parts such as various plates, box bodies, and frame structures in the machinery manufacturing industry. The machine can realize three-axis linkage of the vertical milling head in the transverse (Y-axis), vertical (Z-axis) movement, and the longitudinal movement of the worktable (X-axis). It can perform multi-process machining such as milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping, reaming, and counterboring. The entire machine adopts a gantry frame structure, which has high rigidity and good precision retention, making it the preferred equipment for users’ machining needs.

Structure
Large Cross-Section Square Ram Spindle – Smooth Low-Speed Operation and Improved Precision

The entire machine features a fixed bed with a crossbeam gantry frame structure, providing high overall strength, rigidity, and stability.
Bed Worktable: Made of high-strength HT250 cast iron material, equipped with imported heavy-duty linear guideways, ensuring high-speed smoothness and high positioning accuracy.
Spindle Box: Utilizes a square ram structure with a large 450×450 mm cross-section, equipped with a Taiwanese Kenturn high-speed internally cooled spindle and an Italian BF gearbox for the drilling head.
Workpiece Positioning, Alignment, and Clamping: Round workpieces can be aligned and freely placed on a support plate with T-slots. Clamping is achieved using fixtures composed of pressure plates, ejector pins, and other components, providing convenient and secure workpiece fastening.

The system features a centralized operation control cabinet and a handheld unit, both equipped with a CNC control system, USB interface, and LCD display screen. It includes functions such as tool retraction, chip breaking, dry run simulation before machining, and re-inspection. The user interface supports human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm functions. Optional CNC systems from Siemens, Fanuc, KND, and other brands are available.
