Features
The BOSM-2625 fixed-beam gantry high-speed CNC drilling and milling machine is a mechanical processing equipment integrating advanced technologies such as machinery, electricity, and hydraulics. It is mainly used for machining planes, flanges, valves, structural parts, and holes. Widely used in the rough and fine machining of various plate, box, and frame parts in the machinery manufacturing industry, this machine tool can achieve three-axis simultaneous of the vertical milling head’s lateral (Y-axis) and vertical movement (Z-axis) with the longitudinal movement of the worktable (X-axis). It can perform multi-process machining such as milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping, reaming, and counterboring. The entire machine adopts a gantry frame structure, with high rigidity and good precision retention, making it the preferred equipment for users seeking high-efficiency machining.

HT250 cast iron material; the crossbeam and columns form an integrated gantry frame structure.
