Features
The BOSM-DPH 1212 / 2212 / 2015 / 3212 / 4212 fixed-beam CNC gantry drilling and milling machine is a mechanical processing equipment integrating advanced technologies such as machinery, electricity, and hydraulics. It is mainly used for processing planes, flanges, valves, and structural parts. It is widely used in the rough and fine machining of various plate, box, and frame parts in the machinery manufacturing industry.
The equipment can realize three-axis simultaneous of the vertical milling head’s lateral (Y-axis) and vertical movement (Z-axis) with the longitudinal movement of the worktable (X-axis). It can perform multi-process machining such as milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping, reaming, and countersinking.
The whole machine adopts a fixed-beam gantry frame structure. The bed is fixed, and the double columns are connected to the bed with bolts. The worktable moves in the X-axis direction on the bed, the spindle box moves in the Z-axis direction on the saddle, and the saddle, together with the spindle box, moves in the Y-axis direction on the beam. It has high rigidity and good precision retention.

The crossbeam and columns form an integrated gantry frame structure, using high-strength HT250 cast iron material. The rib layout is reasonable, providing sufficient bending and torsional rigidity.
The worktable surface adopts a casting structure, with precisely machined and rationally arranged T-slots on the plane for clamping workpieces. The worktable of the equipment has been processed with scraping, ensuring the flatness of the worktable.

Centralized operation control box and handheld unit, using a CNC system, features functions such as tool retraction, chip breaking, pre-processing air-cut preview, and re-inspection; the operation interface has functions such as human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm.
The spindle box adopts a Taiwan high-speed internal cooling spindle and heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, providing high motion rigidity, high positioning accuracy, and good low-speed stability.
