Introduction
The BOSM-DC2605 CNC Profile Drilling Centre is primarily designed for efficient drilling and tapping of workpieces with linear material widths within the effective range. It can drill through holes and blind holes on both single-material parts and composite materials. The machining process is digitally controlled, making the operation very convenient. The machine supports automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and large-volume production. To meet diverse user requirements, the company has developed various standard models and can also provide customised designs based on actual user needs.
Suitable for drilling, tapping, and slot milling on round tubes, square tubes, shafts, racks, profiles, flat steel, and long strip parts.
Features
The machine body is rationally designed with excellent dynamic and static rigidity, ensuring no deformation. The worktable surface is made of HT250 cast iron and can be equipped with pneumatic fixtures for convenient and quick clamping.
Equipped with the KND CNC system (optional: GSK, Siemens), featuring automatic tool retraction and chip breaking. The operation interface includes human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm functions.
A 15kW servo spindle motor paired with a high-precision BT40 spindle perfectly combines speed and accuracy, greatly improving efficiency.
A chain-plate chip conveyor is installed on one side of the machine worktable, paired with a chip collection trolley for easy chip removal. This setup is clean, environmentally friendly, and reduces manual labor.
