Features
The double-sided boring and milling machining center is a CNC machine for processing symmetrical parts. The machine tool is equipped with a special movable workbench and two sets of horizontal square rams, which can realize rapid processing of workpieces and machine them within the effective travel range. The workpiece can be processed such as Drilling, Milling, and Boring. The workpiece can be processed in place at one time (no need for secondary clamping), with fast loading and unloading speed, fast positioning speed, high processing precision, and high processing.

The fully digital control system can be optionally equipped with brands such as KND, GSK, Siemens, etc. It features chip breaking, tool retraction, hole position simulation, and re-inspection functions. It supports human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarms.

Made by resin sand molding using high-quality gray cast iron HT250, the column offers excellent dynamic and static rigidity, does not deform, and completely eliminates residual stress to maintain stable performance.

The composite square ram power head replaces traditional guide strips with linear guides, significantly improving guiding accuracy while retaining the rigidity of the square ram.

Chips are automatically conveyed through a two-stage system consisting of a spiral and chain plate to the chip cart at the tail end, achieving clean and efficient chip removal.
