Our Gear Cold Rolling Machine utilizes specially designed gear-shaped rollers that precisely shape the blank material into tooth shapes through plastic deformation and ensure that the tooth dimensions and contours are highly consistent, resulting in precise meshing between gears.

Intermittent Forming
After the bar stock is fed into our Gear Cold Rolling Machine, the rollers squeeze the material tooth by tooth, forming the workpiece partially. The blank is then rotated and indexed, and the rollers squeeze again tooth by tooth, repeating this cycle to gradually complete the intermittent forming of the tooth profile.
Continuous Forming
After the bar stock enters the machine, the rollers continuously squeeze the material radially, promoting plastic flow and achieving continuous forming of the entire tooth profile, improving production efficiency.
Stamping
