Main Structure
The main structures, including the bed, columns, beams, and ram, are made of high-quality cast iron. These components undergo a heat treatment process to relieve residual stress. Their contact surfaces undergo a precise manual scraping process, ensuring that the entire gantry CNC machining center has high rigidity.
Workbench
The worktable utilizes two heavy-duty linear guides with low friction and high positioning accuracy. Driven by servo electrodes, it can move stably. It also has a high load capacity and excellent vibration resistance.
Drivetrain

How to maintain the gantry machining center?
Surface maintenance: You need to regularly clean the internal and external surfaces of the CNC gantry machining center and remove burrs.
Spindle and tool magazine maintenance: Before starting the machine, inspect the tool magazine and clean the tools regularly. The spindle works after low-speed operation for 10 minutes.
Control system maintenance: You need to clean the dust on the surface of the electric control box and clean up the junk files inside the computer to prevent operational jams.
Lubrication system maintenance: You need to check the oil level in the lubricating oil tank regularly to prevent a situation of insufficient lubricating oil.
